We offer both 50 amp and 30 amp sites. Most of our sites have septic available.  We have two bath houses, a club house, dog park, & dump station.

Please contact our manager who can give details on what utilities are included in the rental payment.

No! We do not restrict age of RVs, we only ask that the RV is in good condition, free of leaks, and able to safely move into the space and be connected to all utilities. Please send us a picture of your RV prior to move in if its an older unit so we can make sure it will work in our park

Per state law we can legally permit two adults per bedroom in any rental unit, which includes RVs. Some larger RVs have multiple sleeping areas, in which case more residents could be allowed, but all adults must fill out an application for acceptance to the park

Yes! Our spaces are designed to allow for private outdoor space for each resident!

We do allow the construction of fences for long term tenants, please make sure you submit a design (hand drawn is fine) so that we can approve the location.

All of our sites have full utility hook-ups which include sewer, water, and electrical connections.

We offer a variety of lease terms to help suit your needs! We always encourage new residents to sign a one year lease in order to capitalize on our move in bonuses!

Yes we allow pets; large dog breeds must be registered at the park prior to move in, and we have a maximum of two pets allowed per home (more can be approved on a case by case basis)

No, our park is no longer affiliated with Kampgrounds of America, as of 2023.
